Capability information, certifications, geography, support and customer-fit statements must be accurate. Velnariq may review, request changes, unpublish or remove unsupported claims.

Verification indicates reviewed evidence or profile information. It is not a guarantee of service quality, performance or project outcome.

Commercial participation, including any future partner status, does not control Velnariq core intelligence: problems, impact, capabilities, requirements, solution relevance or opportunity priority.

Provider Network plans (Listed, Partner, Strategic Partner) may unlock analytics, Demand Intelligence and enhanced profile features. Live Stripe Products/Prices require separate commercial configuration. Payment does not improve independent matching relevance. [LEGAL REVIEW]

Where entitled, providers may see aggregated, privacy-thresholded demand signals. These never identify customers, assessments or unconsented requirements. Demand Intelligence is not a lead list. [LEGAL REVIEW]

Customer identity, assessments, requirements and contact details are not shared with providers by matching or by commercial subscription. Introductions require explicit customer consent to defined fields. Expanding shared information later requires a new consent. Listed, claimed, verified or partner status does not guarantee customer work, ranking or project outcome. Matching is capability-based and commercially independent. Velnariq is not party to any implementation contract unless separately agreed. Sponsored ranking is not used. [LEGAL REVIEW]
