Legal
Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to Velnariq Advisor, including customer accounts, technology assessments, subscriptions and reports.
Effective 1 September 2026
1. Who we are
Velnariq is a trading name used by Sandeep Dabas, a sole trader in England and Wales. Our business and service address is shown on your order confirmation and invoice. Contact hello@velnariq.co.uk for general enquiries or billing@velnariq.co.uk for billing enquiries.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Velnariq Advisor is initially offered to UK customers purchasing as either a business or an individual. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be authorised to assess the selected organisation.
One registered company may have one customer workspace. You must not create a second workspace to bypass an existing account, subscription or assessment. Contact us if the authorised account holder needs to change.
3. The service
Advisor uses customer-provided information, permitted public sources and AI-assisted analysis to produce a technology landscape, opportunities, an action plan and reports. Outputs are decision support, not professional legal, tax, financial, cybersecurity or implementation advice. Unknown information remains unknown and outputs require human review.
You remain responsible for checking recommendations, deciding whether to act, and obtaining specialist advice before procurement or implementation.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Published prices are in GBP and are VAT-exclusive. Velnariq is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added. If our VAT status changes, applicable VAT may be added to future charges after appropriate notice and configuration.
Stripe securely processes payment details. Velnariq does not receive or store full card numbers. Subscriptions renew for the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can manage cancellation through the billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Consumers and immediate access
If you purchase as an individual for purposes mainly outside your trade or profession, consumer law may give you a 14-day cancellation right. At checkout you may expressly request immediate access. Where the service is fully performed during the cancellation period following that request and your acknowledgement, your cancellation right may be lost. If you cancel after requesting early performance but before full performance, we may charge a proportionate amount where the law permits.
Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights. Contact billing support promptly if you wish to cancel or believe a charge is incorrect.
6. Acceptable use
You must only upload or submit information you are authorised to share. Do not submit secrets, special-category personal data, unlawful material, malicious files or information belonging to another organisation. You must not misuse the service, probe its security, automate abusive requests or attempt to bypass access, evidence or payment controls.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may make proportionate changes for security, legal compliance and service improvement. Material subscription changes will not silently reprice an existing paid term.
8. Liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or protected consumer rights. Subject to those protections, Velnariq is not responsible for decisions made without appropriate review or for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
9. Ending access
You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription through the billing portal. We may suspend or end access for material breach, fraud, non-payment, security risk or legal necessity, acting proportionately where practicable.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another applicable UK jurisdiction. Questions may be sent to hello@velnariq.co.uk.
